The primary function is to develop and manage customer communications through various channels including mail, e-mail, web, and text. This role is expected to use his/her marketing education and expertise to bridge the gap between strategy and execution to generate top-line revenue and improve customer experience.
The successful candidate will be tech savvy and have prior experience working with digital content management systems (CMS). Because this role will work closely with leadership teams to execute strategic efforts, it is a unique opportunity to build out a marketing strategy from the ground up for a rapidly growing technology company.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities :
Act as the Administrator for Content Management on the companys primary web site
As a member of the Marketing team, work closely with the senior leadership team to develop creative concepts, review marketing copy and design, and assist with improving the overall customer experience
Collaborate with Product Development and Loan Operations to manage all content presented to customers, including direct mail, web advertising, web content, text/email campaigns, and brand marketing
Work with the executive team to ensure the customer-facing brand and message is consistently applied and promotes the Company Vision
Assist with all marketing vendor relationships
Assist with the creation of internal presentations, both for senior leadership meetings as well as employee communications
Maintain and manage the Marketing Program timelines across the organization
Working knowledge of industry standard desktop publishing tools, such as InDesgin or Illustrator
Prior experience working within a web site CMS
Ability to communicate effectively with various internal departments and their executives
Quantitative and analytical approach to problem-solving
High sense of urgency to meet commitments and willing to go outside of primary role if needed to help drive success, including framing options for immediate decisions

4-year degree in Marketing or related field
Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent
