Description Purpose: The Technology Services team supports the technology organization by providing a wide array of shared services, including financial planning and forecasting, procurement, recruiting and resource management, operational metrics and reporting, and more. The Management Analyst will provide a multitude of support services to senior technology leadership and will work closely with leaders throughout the organization. Primary Responsibilities: Business and Financial Analysis Primary point of contact for developing business and financial analysis for strategic technology programs and initiatives. Operating Metrics and KPIs work with senior leadership to identify KPIs and collect appropriate data points across each functional area of technology; Analyze KPI data and recommend appropriate actions; assign ownership and responsibility for assigned actions and follow through to completion. Define and set operational governance and cadence for critical processing, including data collection, analysis, publishing, and internal review of metrics and reporting. Assembly of executive dashboards and management presentations. Ad-hoc projects as driven by leadership. Qualifications General Qualifications: Strong business and financial acumen Solutions-oriented; able to innovate and think creatively. Naturally takes ownership of operations, plans, projects, and requests, driving them to completion with high-quality outcomes. Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines. Service-oriented and customer-centric. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
