ResoluteDigital is seeking a full-time Associate Social Media Manager to work in ourNew York City office to help maintain and expand our clients online presencesacross social media platforms. From monthly content calendar management andcontent publishing to social listening and fan engagement, you'll be at thecenter of building and maintaining a robust social media presence.
As a keypart of the social media team, this person will work closely with the creativeand paid media departments. This candidate will have a passion for connectingand building communities, and are always looking for creative solutions toengage and advocate for their communities. You are a team player who is willingto learn, adapt, and grow within an exciting facet of advertising andmarketing.
Socialmedia is a constantly changing landscape and you should anticipate the need tobe adaptable in this role every now and then. However, this list will give youa good idea of your routine responsibilities and day to day obligations:
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Monitorclients social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, others asneeded) * Sociallistening, fan engagement, and trend discovery * Socialmedia content calendar management * Socialmedia content scheduling * Helpguide strategic direction of social media for our clients * Assistin the development of content * Developmonthly/quarterly/yearly analyses and reports for clients * Researchnew platforms, existing networks, blogger outreach, and competitor analysis * Readrelevant blogs on a daily basis * Managementof master social media and events calendar * Organizationof all social media assets and materials
* 1-2 years experience incommunication, journalism, advertising , or other relevant field * Experience working in nativePage/Profile management tools for major platforms (Facebook, Instagram,Twitter, and Pinterest) as well as publishing platform experience (ieHootsuite, Sprinklr, Percolate, Spredfast, etc) * Understanding of key specsrequirements for major social platforms and capacity to adapt that knowledgeover time as they change and evolve * Working knowledge in Adobe Designprograms (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, etc). Video editing knowledge aplus * Professional proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Word and Excel * Entrepreneurial in spirit * Outstanding communication skills * Proactive, solutions-oriented withcan do attitude * Excellent attention to detail andexceptional organizational skills * Creative writing experience * Strong time management andorganization skills * Relentless curiosity about thenuances of social media platforms, audience behaviors, and the evolving role ofbrands in social * Experience with social analyticspreferred
