    The successful candidate will streamline the methodology and governance of PCBs project/program delivery. In order to provide consistent project/program status and financial reporting, shared repository for documentation, the PCO will setup dashboards, organize the PMO documentation, assist in developing and refining templates for required documentation.

    What You'll Do:

  • Create real time reporting like dashboards, burnup/burndown charts from user stories using JIRA and Confluence.
  • Develop templates according to project/program/portfolio reporting requirements and train Project Managers/Program Managers on reporting information required.
  • Assist in creation/improvement of tools and processes (i.e. changes to financial tracker tools, templates for status reporting, etc) for both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Work closely with PMs and/or PCOs for the projects/programs in the portfolio, to gather status updates (Milestone level and overall status). This responsibility requires following up with PCOs, gathering their updates, combining into a tracking document, reviewing the document with the PCOs, distribution to Leads, attending status meetings, leading the meeting, taking minutes and publishing the minutes of the meeting.
  • Assist in developing/improving current tools and processes used in financial reporting and reconciliation.
  • Follow up with respective teams on variances, wrong charges identified and ensure corrections are completed/validated.
  • Communicate and resolve schedule variance issues with the project team.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reporting for Senior Management/Executive view as per the programs governance model.
  • Implementation and training of tools and processes for all stakeholders (project team, finance, etc).
  • Adhoc/Admin requests as required.
  • What You'll Need:

  • Strong proficiency in administration and creation of dashboards/reports using JIRA and Confluence.
  • Strong understanding of project/IT lifecycle using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Must have strong/advanced excel knowledge (PIVOT Tables, Macros)
  • Must be able to work independently with little direction but also have a strong teamwork mindset.
  • Must have strong communication skills and be able to build strong relationships within a cross-functional team.
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are a must.
  • Must have good organization, time management, multitasking and stress management skill.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and work in a cross-functional team (including senior management).
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet urgent deadlines.
  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools.
