Penguin Random House has a very exciting and unique opportunity available to join our dynamic Sales team as a Business Analyst.? Providing essential sales analytical support across all adult and children?s publishing divisions, this role will work closely with a variety of internal sales teams to provide a data-driven snapshot of our business.? The Business Analyst will be responsible for creating and maintaining business intelligence solutions and data analytics tools that will provide key insights to evaluate the overall publishing business and marketplace. Additionally, the Business Analyst will: * Provide regular reporting on billings, targets, customers, divisions, and top titles for use by sales, senior management, and publishing teams. * Contribute to the development of new business initiatives by providing analytical support. * Prepare sales and marketplace presentations for key stakeholders through the company. * Conduct regular reviews of sales analysis processes and provide input and recommendations for improvement and efficiency. * Manage a variety of ad hoc projects and requests to support the business.?
