This individual will report to the Executive Managing Editor. The responsibilities will include working closely with the Executive Managing Editor to set up and maintain title information; communicating with the editorial, operations, sales, and promotion departments to maintain publishing schedules and goals; working with inventory and corporate production to coordinate ongoing imprint reprints; and providing administrative support for the production editorial group.

* 3 years of trade book managing editorial experience; copyediting or production editorial experience a plus * Excellent communication skills, including a proven ability to interact with employees across various departments * Superb organizational and time-management skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment with attention to detail and thoughtfulness * Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook * SAP knowledge a plus
