The Digital Solutions & Enablement Global Digital Services team provides delivery services for all Pfizer Business lines in the areas of external Digital engagement channels and internal team collaboration sites. As such this role will have global responsibility ensuring the complete ownership and delivery of services, development and ongoing enhancements especially associated with the Medical Information, Clinical study and Identity/Permission Management portfolio.
This individual will also be responsible for owning one or more global services that we offer to our internal and external stakeholders to enable low-cost innovative uses of digital technology. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, subject matter expertise in digital technologies, and show world class leadership in the areas of agile, customer, and user experience to accelerate and enhance our ability to deliver engaging and valuable experiences to our most important interactions.
This individual will be accountable for one or more Business Units and/or regions as part of the role.

The successful candidate must have a deep understanding of web-based, mobile application, identity & access management (I&AM) technologies and concepts and/or business processes as applied to customer online marketing.
This role will be responsible for leading digital service delivery on a global scale. The following are key responsibilities for this role.
Client-Facing Service Delivery role requiring business skills to meet with business stakeholders, create and manage the delivery of digital assets using a pool of vendors.
Solid understanding of solution architecture and technical analysis including understanding of technical challenges and recommend technologies and solutions to meet business objectives
Program management for each services project including budget, task tracking and communication to stakeholders
Manage multiple projects / ongoing work activities of moderate to high complexity projects within the department typically involving cross-functional activities
Manages technological and financial resources sometimes direct and sometimes in a matrix structure.
Demonstrates deep technical/functional expertise in Digital Marketing including the areas of website development, social publishing, social listening and website analytics
Demonstrates experience in delivery and supporting above areas as a service
Demonstrates strong experience in managed service delivery for support and maintenance of websites and related digital assets.
Manages contract resources and establish and operate support models for delivered solutions
Ensuring delivery to required time, cost & quality through a core group of preferred vendors
Accountable for ensuring compliance with Pfizer standards
Responsible for technical vendor relationship management
Engaging with technical architects as appropriate to ensure project solutions comply with platform standards.
Ensure technology solutions meet the needs of the Marketing business
Ensures project and service assurance in line with guidelinesmethodology and provides status updates as required
Effectively communicates relevant IT-related information to key stakeholders
Escalation Management adhering to SLAs
Understand and improve existing technical frameworks and prototype or develop new ones as necessary.
Develop and present substantive technical recommendations to senior management on identity and permission management services.
Facilitate cross-functional communication and decision making to drive initiatives forward.
Tracks quarterly budget and allocation ensuring that resources are being used efficiently, meeting our value proposition to customers with regards to time and cost.
Provide subject matter expertise from Pfizer Digital during meetings with customers and business partners on Services projects.
Be a key influencer of solution design within our cross-functional Digital Services delivery teams of innovators, analysts, designers, architects and engineers.
Develop project plans, specifying goals, staffing, scheduling, risks, contingency plans and allocation of available resources.
Manage a small team of resources to oversee product and solutions delivery.
Oversee launch and release planning and management, track metrics and manage product lifecycle.
This role may additionally be accountable for the creation and delivery of new digital services:
Define global service offerings including documentation of service, pricing model, vendor support model and promotional material to sell the service internally.
Ensure alignment across the Pfizer Digital organization and service providers effectively utilizing the Pfizer Digital organization
Create and Maintain key metrics for quality, efficiency and productivity for application support. Implement improvement projects to drive quality, productivity and efficiency
Understands, effectively uses and may coach project and support teams on technical tools, applications, and procedures
Effectively communicates technical aspects of the job to both technical and non-technical audiences
Contribute to roadmap development and innovation in conjunction with the Digital platform teams
Identify process improvement opportunities and come up with innovative methods to improve the departments work processes and tools
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE DESIRED:
Bachelors degree; preferably in information management, computer science, business administration, engineering or technology management.
5+ years of significant experience in Information Technology, Digital transformation and Pharmaceutical industry
Minimum 4 years of expertise in Digital and Mobile product development or delivery disciplines, with depth on the needs of colleagues and customers
Overall knowledge of the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical markets globally. Broad knowledge of the key factors that influence the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical industry.
2+ years of experience in client-facing roles where delivery obligations are achieved through other teams
Experience with system & interface design, user research, and innovation processes
Experience with working with design, research, and engineering professionals
Experienced in Agile development and leading Agile teams
Proven record of excellent client partnerships
Strong understanding of and enthusiasm for user-centered design principles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to successfully communicate design rationale to a mixed audience.
Project management experience and proven track record of delivering digital, technology and analytics products/solutions for external and internal customers on time and on budget.
Strong financial and budget acumen.
Flexibility to work on a wide range of projects: from small content based mobile apps to more complex mobile web applications with transactional components and data integration.
Collaborate and navigate in a heavily matrixed environment.
Ability to synthesize many ongoing complex requests and backlog to prioritize requirements, functions and features for greatest customer value.
Proficiency with standard web technologies especially open-source technologies such as Drupal.
Proficiency with identity and authentication technologies such as Akamai Identity Cloud.
Strong understanding of HTML, JS-based frameworks and web services. Also, an understanding of information architecture, and design patterns.
10+ years related field and proven experience with emphasis on software, IT service development and maintenance
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Technology solutions delivery in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment with demonstrated capabilities managing large scale, enterprise software requirements definition, designs and implementations in a global 24 by 7 environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and to deliver effective presentations to a variety of audiences.
Ability to lead in a complex, matrix environment with indirect resources geographically distributed.
Demonstrated progressive experience successfully managing software development projects.

Travel will be required as part of this role. Expectations around travel will vary but candidates must be capable of travel within the region, to other regions, and to Pfizer World Headquarters.
