We are looking for someone with an inquisitive attitude, a working predisposition, and a willing personality to fill a position as specialist recruiter IN THE FIELD OF ENGINEERING with an experience of at least 5 years .
The person will be totally in charge of the recruitment in the seat of Teoresi INC.
The person should know all the processes and the methodologies of the Recruitment (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Searches, database searches, network development) while continuously providing and looking for new profiles.
He or she should have a bit of experience in the recruitment of technical profiles such as Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical, Automotive Engineers while developing the ability to make relations grow.
The Position will include: Perform full lifecycle recruiting to identify top talent for time-critical requirements and future business needs Capture action items from hiring managers, business managers and VPs to streamline requisition creation and prioritization profiles identifications in a pool of candidates and following sharing with the manager Coordinate and facilitate the interview process including short phone interviews: organization and scheduling of interviews Complete all required candidate selection process functions and associated documents within our ATS: archiving all the material related to the interviews (professional profiles, interviews notes, and other documents). coordinate with HR to initiate pre-employment processes including work permits, drug screening publishing job advertisements that have to be in line with the customers need Attend job fairs, company and networking events for talent recruiting.
Job requirements Bachelors Degree in human resources discipline (preferred) minimum of 24 months of experience as technical recruiter in an engineering company or into a staffing agency team working and problem solving ability to quickly adapt to evolving and changing environments optional Italian language knowledge
