We Are Seeking:A highly motivated and dynamic curriculum manager to manage, develop and edit our immersive technical training curricula. The ideal candidate should have experience in instructional design, product ownership, and people leaderhip, and be comfortable running a publishing program, owning strategy and day to day decision-making. They should be passionate about technology and be comfortable working with subject matter experts to craft publication-ready instructional materials for teachers and students.

  • In This Job You Will:

  • Manage a small team of curriculum engineers, writers, and subject-matter experts to ensure that all curricula content is instructive, engaging, and teachable.
  • Support internal partners with pilot program launches and full program rollouts, tracking key metrics to ensure your program is having the expected educational impacts for our students
  • Utilize data from learner analytics, internal and instructor feedback, market research, and competitor market intelligence to make data-driven product improvement and roadmap decisions
  • Monitor employer, job seekers, and technology trends to ensure our boot camps deliver outcomes in line with the employment market and employer needs
  • Establish, manage, and execute against delivery project plans for all curricular content
  • Understand and implement in-house created instructional design framework and style guides, to ensure all curricula meets Trilogy's standards for quality of instruction
  • Work with your internal partners in Instructional Design, Production, and Program Development to ensure all content is engaging, comprehensive, logical, accurate, and copyedited
  • Job Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design, publishing, or other content development
  • 5+ years of experience working with subject matter experts and leading teams of editorial experts.
  • Proven experience working in content development for technical topics (Data Analytics, Data Visualization, Coding, IT, etc.), preferably in an educational format.
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and changing priorities in a dynamic environment.Experience in creating and managing project plans, identifying the most important priorities in a plan, providing clear status updates to stakeholders, and managing project risks..
  • Demonstrated ability to self-direct work and adapt to changing market opportunities quickly. Excellent communication skills (will partner with VP levels and above).
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
